Helping a University with the new regulatory requirements
SUKH SANDHU
The University had prepared all their resources and documentation according to the Standards for NVR Registered Training Organisations 2012 as per the VET Regulator’s advice. In February 2015 the VET regulator then decided to audit the University’s VET Department according to the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015 and provided only a 30-day notice of this. It was a very difficult task for the University to update all documents and processes to the 2015 version in such a short timeframe. The organisation used the services of our consultants who basically worked 24/7. In the end, the University achieved a 100% successful outcome in their re-registration audit, and management was very grateful that this had been achieved.
